POLARIS RANGER 900 DIESEL ENGINE

Each engine is completely disassembled, extensively cleaned, and fully inspected upon arrival to determine engine failure. Any worn or damaged parts will be replaced with new or remanufactured premium quality components. Engines are assembled with precision, utilizing stringent operating procedures. All engines are in pristine condition ready and for installation.

All engines receive the following internal components:
Bottom End Components:
• New or remanufactured crankshaft, upgraded bearings, oil pump, oil pump chain, gaskets and seals.
Top End Components:
• CNC machined & diamond honed cylinder, new upgraded pistons, ring sets, clips, camshaft timing chain, gaskets and seals.
Cylinder Head:
• New or remanufactured with upgraded valve train.
