Each engine is completely disassembled, extensively cleaned, and fully inspected upon arrival to determine engine failure. Any worn or damaged parts will be replaced with new or remanufactured premium quality components. Engines are assembled with precision, utilizing stringent operating procedures. All engines are in pristine condition ready and for installation.

All engines receive the following internal components:
Bottom End Components:
• New crankshaft, upgraded bearings, transmission components, wet clutches, oil pump, water pump, mechanical seal, gaskets and seals.
Top End Components:
• CNC machined & diamond honed cylinder, timing chain, new upgraded pistons, ring sets, clips, gaskets and seals.
Cylinder Head:
• New or remanufactured with upgraded valve train.
